Are my payment details secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Shopify's checkout, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the same standard the major banks work to. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and are never stored on our systems or visible to us. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

How long do I have to return something?

30 days from the day it arrives. It needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days of it reaching us. Under UK consumer law you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, our 30 days sits on top of that, it doesn't replace it. Start a return by emailing support@luxorson.com with your order number.

What are your delivery times?

UK orders arrive in 6-12 business days. Delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us.

How do I track my order?

Every order gets a tracking link by email once it ships. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, email us, it's usually a scan that's been missed rather than a lost parcel, but we'll chase it either way.

Do your lamps need a plug?

Most of them don't. Our table lamps and wall lights are rechargeable or battery-powered, they charge by USB-C and go wherever the light should be, rather than wherever the socket is. Anything that does plug in ships with a UK three-pin plug as standard. Each product page says which.
